Positioned at the heart of Central Otago, in Cromwell, on a stunning piece of land overlooking Lake Dunstan, this home was designed to maximise the views of the mountains and lake, while providing shelter from the harsh Central Otago weather. The site is elevated and positioned at the southern end of the lake, with 360 degree dynamic mountainous views.

The house was designed as an energy efficient house; it’s airtight and employs Superhome and Homestar best practice principles.
